DUCOTONE CLASSICO contiene al massimo 30 g/L di COV. CICLO APPLICATIVO PARETI INTERNE MAI DIPINTE (intonaco civile nuovo stagionato, pannelli prefabbricati, gesso nuovo…) Asportare con spazzola il pulviscolo ed i frammenti di intonaco non perfettamente aderenti. Livellare le imperfezioni (fori, crepe o cavillature) con STUCCO IN PASTA o POLVERE DUCOTONE, operando con rasate successive. Dopo 2-6 ore dall’ultima rasata carteggiare le parti stuccate e ripulirle accuratamente. Nella generalità dei casi applicare una mano FISSATIVO DUCOTONE TOP GRIP, dopo 6 ore applicare almeno due mani di DUCOTONE CLASSICO. Nel caso di gesso nuovo e superfici incoerenti applicare sempre una mano di FISSATIVO DUCOTONE TOP GRIP. PARETI INTERNE GIÀ DIPINTE CON PITTURE A TEMPERA Ripulire accuratamente la superficie da polvere o sporcizia e stuccare le eventuali imperfezioni con STUCCO IN PASTA o POLVERE DUCOTONE, carteggiare e spolverare, procedendo come sopra indicato. Dopo carteggiatura isolare tutta la superficie con FISSATIVO DUCOTONE TOP GRIP, quindi dopo 6 ore applicare almeno due mani di DUCOTONE CLASSICO. PARETI INTERNE GIÀ DIPINTE CON IDROPITTURE LAVABILI Ripulire accuratamente la superficie, stuccare le eventuali imperfezioni, carteggiare e spolverare. Isolare le parti stuccate con una mano di FISSATIVO DUCOTONE TOP GRIP, dopo 6 ore applicare almeno due mani di DUCOTONE CLASSICO. SUPERFICI MURALI ESTERNE MAI DIPINTE Spazzolare accuratamente, asportando ogni traccia di polvere e sporcizia e frammenti di intonaco non perfettamente aderenti. Livellare le imperfezioni (fori, crepe o cavillature) con BETON-FIBRO 2819. Controllare che il muro sia perfettamente asciutto ed applicare una mano di FISSATIVO DUCOTONE TOP GRIP. Dopo 6 ore applicare almeno due mani di DUCOTONE CLASSICO. Nel caso di supporti molto sfarinanti o parzialmente degradati trattare tutta la superficie con DUCOBLOC A SOLVENTE. SUPERFICI MURALI ESTERNE GIÀ DIPINTE Asportare ogni traccia di pittura non perfettamente aderente ed eventuali efflorescenze, in presenza di muffe è opportuno effettuare un trattamento con BIOGEN KILL RISANANTE ANTIMUFFA. Ripulire accuratamente da polvere o sporcizia e stuccare le imperfezioni con BETON-FIBRO 2819. Controllare che il muro sia perfettamente asciutto e fissare tutta la superficie con FISSATIVO DUCOTONE TOP GRIP, dopo 6 ore applicare almeno due mani di DUCOTONE CLASSICO. CONSIGLI PRATICI Non applicare su supporti esposti al sole diretto o al vento battente. Se i supporti sono molto assorbenti in interno applicare preventivamente una mano di FISSATIVO DUCOTONE TOP GRIP, in esterno applicare DUCOBLOC A SOLVENTE.
