  Il generatore di calore Extreme Multifuel è una caldaia a biomassa con camera di combustione e fascio tubiero orizzontale, dotata di un sistema di carico del combustibile automatico che consente di ottimizzare lo scambio di calore ed omogeneizzare il carico termico. Idonea al funzionamento a temperatura scorrevole (controllo climatico) con minima temperatura di ritorno (50°C) per tutti i combustibili. Presenta un corpo caldaia  coibentato, un portello anteriore e la chiusura della camera fumi completamente apribili. Il sistema di caricamento automatico del combustibili, permette di caricare la caldaia non più di una volta al giorno, se il tempo di funzionamento a regime è di 24 ore, oppure non più di 3 – 4 volte alla settimana, se si stima un tempo di funzionamento massimo di 10 ore giornaliere. La manutenzione della caldaia a biomassa, progettata e realizzata secondo la normativa vigente, è semplice e veloce. Il layout stesso del giro fumi garantisce una semplicità costruttiva ed un elevato rendimento. Il sistema di combustione a biomassa è pensato per la valorizzazione ad uso energetico delle colture vegetali e/o scarti delle lavorazioni  agricole/industriali. L'energia sviluppata dalla combustione è utilizzata per riscaldare  il fluido termovettore (es. acqua, pura o additivata con sostanze antigelo/antincrostanti). Il fluido riscaldato durante il passaggio negli scambiatori (tubi, intercapedini) viene avviato ad un impianto di distribuzione per lo sfruttamento del calore. La EXTREME è una caldaia ad alto rendimento funzionante a pellet, legna, mais e combustibili granulari (nocciolino d'olivo, noccioli di ciliegia, noccioli frantumati, vinaccioli, ecc.) dalle grandi prestazioni (η > 90%)  con risparmi sui costi del combustibile fino all'80% rispetto ai combustibili di origine fossile. Il generatore di calore a biomassa con sistema di caricamento automatico è disponibile in 4 potenze (34, 50 , 65  e 90 kW). Tutti i modelli sono caratterizzati da ingegnerizzazione mista con fascio tubiero orizzontale e turbolatori assiali in modo da rallentare la velocità dei fumi mantenendo la portata termica costante, garantendo un efficace scambio termico.    La centralina elettronica gestisce in modo efficace le funzioni della macchina monitorando la temperatura dell'acqua, il dosaggio del combustibile, le sicurezze contro le sovratemperature e l'adduzione dell'aria comburente nonché l'estrazione dei fumi esausti. L'accensione e' manuale solo la prima volta, poiché, una volta accesa, la caldaia è in grado di ripartire in un qualsiasi momento grazie ad un meccanismo di rigenerazione brace, in grado, anche a riscaldamento spento, di insufflare aria comburente e combustibile al crogiolo garantendo così sempre una certa quantità di brace pronta (di serie per tutte le versioni). Inoltre, tutti i sistemi, sono corredati di serpentina per laproduzione di acqua calda sanitaria (A. C. S.) in rame, la quale, immersa in un bagno d’acqua, garantisce uno scambio termico attivo ed immediato per le eventuali richieste termiche. La semplicità del sistema di estrazione fumi permette un'efficace e semplice pulizia del fascio tubiero. Un altro punto di forza, in rispetto della normativa vigente, è ilsistema di sicurezza che il generatore presenta, sia contro le sovratemperature che contro ogni possibile fattore di rischio per la persona.   Dispositivi di Protezione Termostato di regolazione, di limitazione o di esercizio: interrompe automaticamente l’apporto di calore al generatore al raggiungimento di un prefissato limite di temperatura dell’acqua;  Termostato di blocco,di sicurezza a riarmo manuale (T.E.M.): ferma automaticamente l’apporto di calore al generatore al raggiungimento di un prefissato limite di temperatura impedendo situazioni di rischio (90°C); Valvola di intercettazione combustibile (attuatore spring return):  è una valvola a sicurezza positiva, non azionata da energia esterna, si attiva  in caso di mancanza di elettricità o quando si supera la temperatura di sicurezza;    Sistema di combustione a disinserimento forzato: durante la combustione, se per un qualsiasi motivo si presenta un allarme od uno stato di cattivo funzionamento, il sistema, in automatico, provvede al disinserimento forzato della combustione. Tale meccanismo avviene arrestando sia l’aria comburente che l’apporto di combustibile; Interruttore di sicurezza portello:  ha il compito di arrestare la combustione  ogni qual volta si apre il portello di caricamento; Dispositivo di dissipazione della potenza residua: in caso si raggiungano elevate temperatura dell’acqua all’interno del corpo caldaia (>80°C) ed circolatore fosse disattivato, in automatico la caldaia attiva la circolazione del fluido termovettore diminuendo la propria temperatura ed eliminando la condizione di rischio. Per la conformità del prodotto e dell’impianto, per Caldaia con potenza superiore ai 35 kW, si fa riferimento alla Raccolta R  I.S.P.E.S.L. (82-05-09) , specificazioni tecniche applicative del Titolo II del D. M. 01.12.75 in vigore dal 01/03/2011, ai sensi della direttiva 98/34/CE.   I generatori di calore alimentati con combustibile solido, possono essere installati in  impianti del tipo a vaso di espansione aperto ed in impianti del tipo a vaso di espansione chiuso. In ogni caso è consigliato aggiungere una valvola di scarico termico sulla serpentina dell’acqua calda sanitaria. Sul  pannello di controllo sono integrati: –          Dispositivo ottico e sonoro di allarme; –          Termostato di regolazione; –          Dispositivo di arresto aria comburente; –          Termostato di controllo. Inoltre sulla caldaia è presente un dispositivo T.E.M. Si può gestire il riscaldamento domestico mediante il collegamento di termostati ambiente, oppure attivare la combustione automatica mediante un programmatore orario esterno. Vi è la possibilità di attivare due tipologie di funzionamento:   Funzionamento standard → Il generatore, allo spegnimento del termostato, porta l’acqua nel corpo caldaia alla temperatura di stop impostata. Il sistema va in stand-by fino a che, l’acqua all’interno del corpo caldaia, non scende ad una temperatura inferiore di un certo delta T. Tale meccanismo di funzionamento, permette il mantenimento di acqua calda all’interno del generatore di calore, in tale modo è possibile avere l’acqua calda sanitaria sempre pronta all’uso, ed il generatore già in temperatura in modo da assorbire l’inerzia termica dell’impianto nell’eventuale ripartenza. Funzionamento opzionale rigenerazione brace  → Una volta spento il termostato, il sistema di caricamento automatico provvederà alla sola rigenerazionebrace, ipendentemente dal livello di temperatura dell’acqua all’interno del corpo caldaia,  solo all’attivazione del termostato, il sistema ripartirà funzionando regolarmente.
