     CV e PS con forno   La proposta della Eta Kamini Italia S.a.s. mostra come sia possibile combinare l’utilità del Camino Caldaia con lapossibilità di sfruttare il calore residuo dei fumi. Il forno, tutto in acciaio inox 20/10, permette di raggiungeretemperature superiori ai 200°C sfruttando il calore dei fumi che lo attraversano prima di immettersi all’interno della canna fumaria. L’ampia camera di cottura consente di poter cuocere i cibi senza alterarne il sapore, donando quelle essenze e quel gusto che solo la buona cucina tradizionale sa regalare. Prima del montaggio, per garantire il buon funzionamento del forno, si raccomanda di coibentare la camera esterna, in modo da non dissipare il calore necessario alla cottura delle vivande.   MONTAGGIO E FUNZIONAMENTO   Il Camino Caldaia con Forno, va montato come un classico termocamino con un’unica differenza, infatti è necessaria la presenza di un tubicino di rame avente Ø12 mm da portare in prossimità del forno in modo da favorire lo scarico della condensa. Il tubicino, una volta collegato al forno, va portato in uno scarico. Per quanto concerne il funzionamento, la messa in opera, risulta abbastanza semplice. La leva superiore (alla sinistra del forno) comanda l’uscita dei fumi e va tenuta aperta (spinta verso il forno) con le porte del camino aperte. Durante il funzionamento si può regolare tale leva, nella posizione intermedia in funzione del tiraggio. La leva inferiore, invece, comanda l’esclusione o l’inserimento del forno, permettendo ai fumi di avviarsi direttamente alla canna fumaria, nel primo caso, oppure di attraversare il mantello della camera di cottura, nel secondo caso, prima di essere espulsi.   Posizione 1, leva  inferiore spinta verso il camino, Forno Inserito; Posizione 2, leva inferiore tirata verso l’esterno, Forno escluso.
